How long is the sample production time and order production time?
Sample for empty housing about 3-4 days,for complete LED light about 7-10 days.Lead time for order about 30-45 days.
What is your warranty policy and period?
Normally,we provide 3-5 years warranty.Of course,damage caused by human error and improper use are not covered by the warranty.
